OK.  We are a bakery.  Many that know us, would say a yummy bakery.  And we LOVE gluten.  After all, isn't it the basis of most of a bakery's products? 

 

We love chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon rolls, whole wheat sticky buns, monster cookies, pull aparts, snicker doodles and oatmeal raisin cookies. Oat bars, raisin rolls, peanut butter cookies and gingersnaps.  Woah.  Cappuccino chip muffins, apple maple muffins, bran muffins, lemon poppy seed muffins, scones, scones, scones, and we make them all at Cinnamon Works.  Whew!  

 

We love gluten, yes we do, it makes our job easy. We love making BIG cookies and BIG muffins.  So big you will definitely spoil your dinner. Come visit us in Seattle and taste!

 

AND.  ALSO.  We love people.   We believe if you've got a problem you can solve with a tasty treat, we want to be there for you. SO we also make lots of gluten-free, vegan and sugar-free products.

 

Cinnamon Works at Home focuses on making available gluten free and vegan mixes for people who cannot easily find a good baked product they can eat in their hometown. Because let's face it.  For many of us even a day with sunshine doesn't stand much of a chance without coffee and a treat.  And we will be adding more of our "regulars" in the future.
